I just had picture windows installed by Window Depot USA, and they are absolutely stunning! The view from my living room is incredible now. The installation team was on time and worked diligently. I’m really impressed with the craftsmanship. I’d recommend their picture window services to anyone!

Getting window estimates was a daunting process, but we enjoyed meeting with Matt from Window Depot. He was polite, knowledgeable and we enjoyed talking with him. The installers were great. In and out in 2 hours and that included getting rid of a bee hive we didn’t know we had. They cleaned up every bit of mess and we didn’t have to do anything. We only got 2 windows and a sliding glass door, but when we get to the next phase of replacement windows and doors, we don’t have to shop around. We are definitely going with Window Depot again.

All employees were extremely professional, courteous and friendly. We needed the windows to be installed in a timely manner and they were very good about seeing that they were ready when we needed them. They are beautiful and we appreciate the labor that went into the installation.

We had new siding and gutters put on our home. From the first day a representative came to our house, we were impressed with the service. He gave us an estimate that day, when other companies would not get back to us in a timely manor or at all. They started work when they said they would and addressed any concerns we had along the way. They were also accommodating to meet us around our work schedules. We would not hesitate to recommend this company.

We got our new windows put in over the summer. LOVE THEM! But now that it’s getting cold we can tell how truly awesome they are because with our old windows they would sweat. We had towels specifically for each window to absorb the condensation. That is no longer an issue!!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Window Depot was a pleasure to work with. We purchased a Provia front door through them and their price was slightly cheaper than their competitors.They installed the door, sidelights, and transom in less than 4 hours. Throughout the process from quote through installation and final payment, they were easy to work with, communicated clearly, showed up when they said they would, and kept us informed without being a pest.We would definitely use them again!

People, hear me roar! Window Depot is EXCELLENT! First, this is adding to my first review, written in March, when I met Clay, the frontline salesperson and he was so wonderful that I told him, " I don't need any other bids. I want you!" Today, Donovan and Billy, 2 of the 5 person Dream Team, THE INSTALLERS, installed my new slider window in my bedroom, which had been broken for several years; after ice hail storm, screen ruined and window cracked. Clay was so great he made me realize to "just do it," finally, after being worried about finding the right company. How many times are the frontline salespeople great but the installers for anything, are not? As soon as Donovan came to the door with Billy, I exhaled! He and Billy, not only installed my new window perfectly, but they CLEANED UP BEAUTIFULLY! And, as important as that, Chris, a manager at the office, received my REQUESTS VIA Clay, and my gosh, Lead team member Donnie and Billy, did all of them with my not having to tell them anything: booties(wore mine which I prefer), cover floor, carpet, no cologne or smoke smell, tarp under window outside to catch any glass, parking in the right place (only 1 truck too) so my HOA wouldn't scream and whatever else I requested, they did. It was unreal! I was worried for nothing! And here is the another "greatest" moment. A mistake was made re my new storm door and THEY CAUGHT IT BEFORE THE INSTALL! I was crying over that! They could have gone on and installed and I would have just figured that I am a dummy imagining this or that, and never would have known. And, Chris, called me to apologize. How often does that happen? Donovan called Clay, Clay called Chris right away and the new door is already on order and Faith, (#5 in dream team) already scheduled me. Everyone sweet, sincere, compassionate, and really cares about customer service and perfection and I mean down to the finishing beautifully of the window from the seal to the this and the that, on inside and as gorgeous on the outside. Oh, BTW, Donavon is funny and I am exhausted from laughing. And, my recycle bin blew over and sweet Billy jumped to the rescue to pick up all the junk before I could even get there. "Oh, that's ok. No problem." Oh, and the price is RIGHT!! It was within my budget so the value is priceless when you get the service! In this day and time, with so much out of our control, today I was treated like a human being with real concern about making me happy! Window Depot, Thank you so much. It starts at the top so the owners must be good people too! I assume good pay and benefits to have such fine people, with great work ethic, working for them. I love you, Window Depot!

They did a fantastic job 6/5, reasonable price, great windows techs. Highly recommend.

Our large bay window was starting to rot at the edges, so we had it replaced. The new one has better sealing, cleaner lines, and improved insulation. The installers made sure everything was level and caulked properly. We couldn’t believe how quickly they completed such a big job with such precision.

Very pleased with our new windows from Window Depot. From the initial discussions and quote with Brad all the way to the install, we were very pleased! They did one large window last year and we had them come back and do the rest of the windows in our house earlier this month. Keith, Robbie, Bundy and Jamal did a fantastic job with the installation a few weeks ago. They were very professional, friendly, very accommodating with our schedule and did quality work. I would definitely recommend Window Depot to anyone considering window replacements.

10/10 will recommend.I got quotes from everyone in the area and went with Window Depot. Paul did not "sell" me on his product at all. Just told me he is going to get it done and get it done right. He came out multiple times during the project to check on the progress and make sure his guys were doing a good job.Pricing was very good too, and I felt the value of what I would be getting was the best that anyone had to offer.I was kept up to date on progress and everything was being communicated to me on time. From start to finish I had a great experience with the Window Depot team - Robbie, Keith, Chad, Dakota, and Bobby. Each of them were incredibly professional, hard working, on time, and eager to please. We had all the windows on my home replaced (22) and we are thrilled with the end result. It has truly transformed our home. There was a small run of calking that was missed, and Chris came right back over to touch things up. He was really great and looked over everything to ensure everything was perfect. Window depot was amazing from the start! Laddie explained the whole experience perfectly, from which windows would be the best for our sunroom to helping us get the best deal for our project. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and professional. The windows came in sooner than estimated and the fact that the window installers came out the day after Christmas was a gift itself! We had to restructure to get the windows we wanted for our sunroom and the team was quick and efficient and even finished in half the time that we were told it needed. Would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs windows and will be coming to them again for any future projects!

Mark made our window replacement process easy. Most other bids were much farther out in receiving windows. Mark came to me each time we needed to discuss the project, pay deposit, and pay final payment. I didn't have to leave my office. His team was kind and respectful of our renters. They did a great job and the windows look great. They cleaned up after themselves, which is very important to me. We will call Window Depot again for our other rentals.

Wow!! If you need replacement windows, Window Depot should be your choice. This is a family owned company that does not use sub contractors. The price we were quoted was the price we paid. Communication was outstanding throughout the process. We were told when the windows were ordered, when they arrived at the shop and when the installation would start and when it would be completed. The crew was polite, professional and took great care our property, inside and out. I highly recommend Window Depot. I would rate them more than five stars if it were possible.

Pos: Most of my experience was great. Customer service was fantastic.I called in because of the promo I seen on t.v, with the free gift card with any installation.The quote for my bathtub was alittle over 11k. They put all new piping and even fixed the hole for me in my bathroom closet.I do still feel like that was very expensive for a shower, but you do get a lifetime warranty. There are so many people who are offering showers like mine, with 18 months no money down! But I went with Window depo one, because of the promo, and 2 because of the top-notch service.Now for the Neg: there is none! I had 2 follow up calls and my gift card is on its way! Thank you Zack and the girls at the front desk !!After the installation, the shower kept leaking into my basement,Which was a huge concern for me!But they came right out immediately when I texted the manager!After Chris came out to fix the leak, the very next day it was leaking in a different spot .So now I'm just worried. Chris and his team came back to fix it again.Chris did assure me that he would come out if it indeed started leaking again.1 of the other guys did have plumbing business aside from window depot. I know they probably weren't allowed to give me a quote on some things, but they did say they were going to. I asked twice, and they kind of just never did . But it's okay, I understand it was company time. I just wish they wouldn't have told me that they were going to give me a quote to begin with . Nevertheless I will definitely recommend this company ! I have had my windows for over 5 years the manufacturer went out of business but window depot still replaced 1 bathroom and side picture window glass all under warranty all I had to pay is for the glass Great Job

We found Home Team/Window Depot at a local Home and Garden show, invited them into our house to look at UPGRADING our Master and Main bathrooms with a shower and a tub/shower.We were pleased by the sales team listening to what we wanted and coming up with a price that was good for them and GREAT for us.Installers Matt and Jesse were total professionals and Jayne, my wife was soooo pleased that they never left a mess after each working day.Matt and Jesse were also polite, VERY knowledgeable and just so awesome to be around while working on our 2 bathrooms.The end result was 2 beautiful upgrades that we're very happy with and the whole process was flawless from start to finish.BTW - I'm just waiting for the call to be a SUB on the local commercials because I BELIEVE in your product that much...

These guys don’t waste time. They were my third source for replacing windows. I had a good idea of what I wanted with two quotes in hand. So your own discovery if you would like. I will have a phase to ready for them next year.

100% recommend Window Depot. We met with 4 different window installers and this was the only one that made me feel comfortable from start to finish. The price comparatively was better than the rest. I love that the windows are made in Ohio. The install went smooth. And the final project is excellent. Very happy.

Chris Turner came out to my property to inspect the windows on time as scheduled. Only 1 glass was broken and Chris said it was 2 pane window and a horse training facility, it didn’t need replacing. He said that all that really needed to be done was all of them shut. I had attempted to shut them but couldn’t so I thought they were broken. (Please note all the windows are very, very high and not easily reached) Chris closed them all! What honesty and integrity he displayed! He could have told me the windows were broken and needed replacing but no, he was honest! I would trust this company completely and appreciate the honesty.

We had two replacement windows installed. The whole process was professional and easy from the estimate to scheduling, measuring and installations. Appointment times were kept and communication was excellent. The windows are good quality and the installers did an excellent job. Overall fair price too.

Worked with Window Depot to replace old sliding doors and large plate glass accross the back of our house. We practically live in this room, so the view and our comfort while using this room is important. The new triple pane doors and windows from Provia are very nice and well made. We have already noticed a decrease in road noise and we expect to see savings in our utility bills. The install crew was nice, professional and made sure that they answered all of our questions. They also did a very good job of picking up after themselves. We have pets, so having our deck and yard be as safe as it was when they arrived was great. I already have a window tand some entry doors that i would like to replace later down the road when we get our loan paid down, but we will definately call Window Depot again.

The whole experience was wonderful, from start to finish. Matt came out to our house and was very professional and very kind. We never felt pressured to make any decisions. He was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had. The communication was great throughout the whole process. The two installers were amazing! They were very polite. There was no mess in our house, outside of the bathroom of course. Once the install was done, there was a bit of miscommunication between the installers and my husband. I talked to Matt on Friday morning and the issue was fixed first thing Monday morning. We couldn't be happier with the results and will definitely be recommending Window Depot to friends and family. The front door they installed is beautiful and seems to be very good quality. Also, this company was several thousand dollars less than the other estimates we got. Highly recommended.

The work was performed quickly and efficiently. Once completed we inspected each window together. They left my home without a trace of trash. Exceptional!
